I’ve had similar issues with vietjet , it’s crazy how money oriented and tricky their ux is !! Dint think about as much until this article. I’ve also found that in travel websites — booking.com in particular I’ve ended up choosing the wrong flight dates ( same date different month )80 percent of the time, losing money as airlines just don’t refund as easily through third party websites. I blame the ux.
